  • Our main location is in Neukölln at Boddinstr. 4, steps from Rathaus Neukölln. The entrance to the studio is at the main door to the building. Ring our bell and you will be let in. We are the first door on the right.

    We also have a satellite location in Kreuzberg at vea STUDIO at Naunynstr. 38 near Kotbusser Tor. We only offer mat classes at this location. The studio is located in the hof, Souterrain. Please park bikes in the very back! Not directly in front of the studio.ext goes here

  • The best way to book a class is by using our app (click here to download). You can also download the app by searching for “authentic body control” in the app store.

  • We value everyone’s time and the effort it can take to make it to class. To respect this, cancellations within 24 hours prior to the scheduled event, for any reason, will not be refunded. If we cancel a class on you within 24 hours, the class will of course be refunded, and additionally participants will get credit for a free session to use in the future!

  • We can extend pass and packs only in the case of a doctor’s note. Passes and packs are offered at discounted rates based on frequency of use within a certain time period. The less flexible the pass/pack, the better the deal. Granting an extension would invalidate the discounted rate offered. Consider that in addition to the administrative burden, extending a pass/pack would result in giving preferential or special treatment to one participant in relation to the others.

  • Please come to the studio 5-10m before or after any regularly scheduled class to look for your belongings!

  • If you want to join a semi private machine session, it is best to start with either a personal training session or the mixed machine semi private. This will allow you to get acquainted with the machines and get customized attention from the instructor!

    For the mat classes - our mat classes are mixed level, so we don’t have a beginner specific class. There are however, classes that use more precise and targeted movements, making it easier to follow along, but not necessarily less challenging. The following classes would be appropriate for that : abs+ass, arms+ass, deep core+pelvic floor. Regardless of which class you attend as a beginner, the most important thing is to go at your own pace, take breaks as you need to and be kind to yourself if you can’t do certain moves. It will come with time and we are here to support you :)

  • If you book through us directly, we provide mats and props for the group mat classes. We also provide sweat towels and grippy socks for the semi private machine classes.

    We have a water station, but do not provide cups. Please bring your own water bottle.

    If you book through a third party app, you can either bring your own mat or we can loan you one in exchange for a donation of 1€ to FixPunkt or SeaWatch
